The service team is headed by Dermott Barrett, a graduate of University College Dublin and the College of Commerce. For many years he was head of communications and publications with international accountants and management consultants, KPMG. Dermott has managed a wide range of communications consultancy projects in public relations, advertising, design development, corporate branding, copywriting services, editorial, research, writing, publishing, print management and journalism.

Orla Oliver studied Environmental Design at the College of Marketing and Design, and Visual Communications at Dun Laoghaire College of Art and Technology. She has worked as a graphic designer for over a decade, and has been involved in the advertising and design industry for over 16 years. Her graphic design career has involved working with a large range of business sectors, including legal and financial services, retailing, national charities, government departments, property development, food and beverages, third level institutions, publishing and the arts.

Catherine Boland is a graduate of University College Dublin and holds professional qualifications from the European Centre for Creative Leadership (Brussels), the Irish Management Institute and the Irish Quality Control Association. She has a wide range of experience in public relations, publishing, project management, human resources, training and development, manufacturing processes and procedures, ISO quality documentation and communications systems. She has over 20 years experience in the publishing and corporate sectors in Ireland, working for the Microsoft Corporation and the Smurfit Group.
